Ace certified TRX certified trainer with over 10 years of training experience.  I've always had a love for fitness and exercise since I was young with playing as many sports as possible.  It's a passion of mine to help educate people on proper form and movement and to motivate them to become a stronger athlete and to be more confident in themselves.  That's what has driven me to be the best that I can for each and every one of you.

Through 1 on 1 training, focusing on your specific goals in mind whether they be; major strength training for sports such as Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, or general fitness and weight loss, we can help with individualized programs developed to help you achieve success Focus on working with members on correct exercise form to reduce the risk of injury during workout sessions. I take pride in the education presented to clients helping them in their fitness journey based on their abilities and goals.

I don’t believe in diets! I believe in making lifelong sustainable changes in your nutrition and your fitness. As a chef and nutrition fanatic for 30 years, I believe in eating real, healthy, delicious food and a fitness program that offers no magic fix. Put in the hard work and get real results. Personally, I have enjoyed weightlifting, training and playing sports since I was a kid. That passion also included spending much of my younger life earning a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do along with intense training in the other Korean Martial Arts of Hapkido and Yudo. My tournament fighting resume includes twice being Florida State Black Belt Heavyweight Division Champion. I have spent my entire adult life with my nose buried in every fitness and nutrition journal, book or article I could get my hands on. It has been a passion of mine, maybe because I have always battled being overweight and over indulging, but I decided a few years ago that I was going to make some drastic changes and be in the best shape of my life when I turned 50. It has been an intense and fulfilling couple years learning that age is truly just a number and I’m happy to say that at 50, I feel awesome. Sharing my love and knowledge of fitness coupled with the years I spent teaching Martial Arts, makes Fight Club Fitness the perfect place for me to share my experience!
