Is Fight Club Fitness for all levels?

Yes! Our certified instructors teach to all fitness levels. All of our classes are self-paced, so you can work at your own intensity level. Our instructors will also give modifications and options for exercises that might not suit you.

Do members actually fight?

No-not ever! Fight Club Fitness is a NO-contact kickboxing fitness class. Our members train like fighters, but skip the fighting.

Do I need Material Arts Experience?

No experiences is necessary to participate at Fight Club Fitness. All of our classes are taught by trainers who will show you the ropes from the beginning. Our coaches will help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!

What should I wear?

Our only dress requirements are athletic shorts/pants, athletic shirt/sports-bra and enclosed training footwear. Fight Club Fitness recommends no jewelry, such as, rings, necklaces, bracelets or any other accessory which may cause injury or risk of injury to you or others around you.

How should I prepare for my first class?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. One of our coaches will explain how our class works and answer any questions you may have. You may bring your own hand wraps and/or gloves. If you don’t have your own, not to worry, we have loaners or both for purchase.

Do you have showers?

Our studio has two showers and two bathrooms.

Is my membership contract-based?

We offer many different options for members, but we never lock you into contracts. We have no sign-up fees, No cancellation fees, and no account freeze fees. Our only request is we are given a seven day notice prior to monthly membership charge date, (if applicable) for account freeze and/or cancellation.

Can I workout anytime?

At this time Fight Club Fitness doesn’t offer open gym.

Can I get private training?

Yes! We have special time slots available for private training. Please contact a Fight Club Fitness staff member to setup your consultation with one of our certified trainers.

What equipment is used at Fight Club Fitness?

We have a variety of equipment including, heavy bags, speed bags, rowers, bikes, freestanding bags etc. We also offer many different floor equipment, including dumbbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainers etc. No workout is ever the same. Come join the fun, your body will love you for it!
